About Serena Uloho

I am a college student seeking a part-time job or paid internship. I am passionate about helping people and making a difference, whether that be big or small, in their lives. Currently, I am looking for a part time job. Preferably, I would be working somewhere in a hospital environment that includes pediatric care, but I am open to all opportunities. I have experience working with all age groups and I am very skilled at customer service, communication and problem solving. Throughout high school, I spent many years in customer service and became well rounded in communicating with different people in many situations. I have also worked with people of all ages from babysitting three boys under the age of five to and elderly woman with multiple sclerosis. These opportunities have allowed me to gain knowledge on different age groups and how to communicate with them. I was also able to learn the basic needs of them and how to properly react in sudden situations quickly and efficiently. I have also had about a year of leadership experience in retail.
