As a Team Development Generalist at Princess Auto, I support the HR function for over 3500 team members across Canada. I work with senior management and various departments to deliver effective HR solutions, including full cycle recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, policy and procedure, and HR analytics and reporting. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Winnipeg, with a focus on human resource management, marketing, and minor in environmental studies. I have also obtained my CPHR Candidacy as well as multiple certifications in CPR, emergency medical response, and insurance. I have over five years of multi-industry recruitment experience, working in retail, insurance, agriculture, construction, milling, trucking, and hospitality sectors. I am enthusiastic, approachable, and self-aware, with a passion for people and a knack for building relationships. I thrive in fast-paced environments and value teamwork, collaboration, and customer service. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of Princess Auto, by attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent in the market.
