About Serge Laporte

Mr. Laporte has more than 25 years of experience in business development and in technology management focused particularly in the electric power utility sector. He joined INTERPRO inc. in 1995 as a senior consultant when the company was founded, became its President and CEO in March 2002 and remained in that position until November 2009. After reorganization, INTERPRO became the UTILICASE Group and Mr. Laporte then took over the leadership of the UTILICASE EPS division to oversee its operations until the end of 2012. During the last year, Mr Laporte was Vice-President, Professional Services for Fujitsu Canada’s activities in Montreal which accounts for more than 200 consultants and more than 40 projects. Mr Laporte is presently Energy Practice Manager for CGI Canada at Montreal.
