About Serge Petroff

As the CEO and founding partner of Axylyum Charter, I'm passionate about leading our team and managing the day-to-day operations. My experience covers a range of fields, including tech management, marketing, strategic litigation, financial analysis, negotiation, and asset management. During my time as a civil litigator in New York, I've been involved in many foreclosure settlement conferences and trials. I'm particularly committed to helping underprivileged individuals and those with special needs, which has led to recognition from several non-profit organizations in New York. My pro bono work has been acknowledged with awards like the New York State Supreme Court Pro Bono Award and the Brooklyn Bar Association Gold Certificate. I've also been a member of the Volunteer Lawyers Project's Director's Circle. I enjoy teaching and sharing my insights with other attorneys in New York through various programs. I'm also an active speaker at industry events, discussing topics like foreclosure basics and advanced defense strategies. Living in Brooklyn, New York, with my wife and three kids, my goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of others through my legal expertise and compassionate approach to client service.
