A passion to help grow leaders in various capacities and help develop a team to surpass the set expectations. Over ten years experience as a direct sales professional, developing in capacity of Sales Representative, Trainer, Regional Product Coach for Canada and more recently as Business Development Manager. Working in both environments of live retail marketing and outside sales development across the country, created a skillset, knowledge and flexibility for me to work in different demographics coast to coast. With the proven ability to learn, teach and sell product directly to the customer as well as duplicate the company’s selling system as a trainer and manager, I quickly moved into leadership positions within the companies I’ve grown with. My patience, accountability, planning, determination, trust, risk-taking, personal development, and leading by example have lead me to excel in any role I’ve taken on. As a BDM, my daily management of CRM for my sales rep team, to help track their progress and attain and surpass their sales goals is crucial. Strong communication skills with sales team, colleagues and upper management has been vital in creating a strong team and winning environment. Being fluent in French and English has allowed me to work, train and manage across the country.
