As a technical leader with a PhD in physics and a strong foundation in electrical engineering, I specialize in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver advanced technologies—from concept to deployment. My experience spans project leadership, system design, and innovation management in high-tech domains including photonics, laser systems, radar, RF electronics, micro- and nanoelectronics, embedded software, and electromagnetic simulation. I’ve contributed to international standardization (SAE J2954), shaped IP strategy with 10+ invention disclosures, and driven the development of complex systems that integrate hardware, software, and embedded platforms. Technically, I bring deep expertise in laser and RF measurement techniques, optical systems, sensor integration, electromagnetic modeling (COMSOL), and system optimization. I’ve also developed and supervised models for implementation in embedded environments, with strong skills in data analysis, machine learning, and algorithm design using Python and MATLAB.
