I am a systems architect, multi-discipline engineer, technical and team lead with a proven track record of delivering many innovative solutions in many world’s most advanced products. I am open to contract or permanent work in a range of engineering areas, provided there are many problems to solve and boundaries to push. I am passionate about technology and learning, highly proficient in complex problem solving, with analytical approach and attention to detail; identifying the weaknesses and opportunities; developing new algorithms, features and architectures, with focus on delivering the commercially successful products. I led development of multiple complex system designs and architectures while collaborating with a variety of teams and subject areas, including firmware, ASIC, hardware, Flash memory physics and reliability, software engineering teams distributed across geographical regions, both the company’s internal and the customers’ teams. Efficient in tackling unfamiliar technical problems, learn new things and operate in the situations with high level of uncertainty with deep understanding of system-level impact of design choices and good judgment in negotiating trade-offs via logical approach and analysis.
