About Sergey Krylov

Strong data-driven product manager, passionate about exceptional customer journey. Started my career in marketing, communication and strategy. However, I realized quite soon that I'm way more interested in launching or improving the actual product rather than just marketing it :) Perhaps that's due to my ability to spot improvement opportunities and natural empathy. Tried my hand as an entrepreneur, starting up two businesses: an online webshop and a small design agency (an experience that actually proved to be more valuable than an MBA ). Became a project manager, gained extensive international business acumen and experience navigating organizations of different scales including interacting with specialists as well as C-level. Transitioned into a technical role and spent 3.5 years as an automation developer in an agile team. This experience provided me with invaluable insights into "seeing the world through a developer's eyes." I've also conducted numerous customer interviews in pursuit of finding the best possible solution. 🥇 All of this lead me to fulfil my dream of becoming a data-driven product manager with strong prioritization skills and a keen sense of UX/UI, both in web and mobile.
