I bring a strong technical foundation in mathematics, physics, and technology — skills I’ve honed through years of problem-solving, innovation, and a deep commitment to understanding how things work. But beyond the technical, I’ve always believed in the power of education to transform lives. Teaching isn’t just my profession; it’s the way I contribute to a better future. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping students connect with big ideas and watching them grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability. Today, I’m proud to be a pioneer of the Building Thinking Classrooms (BTC) approach in Central Asia, leading a movement of educators who are reimagining what teaching and learning can be. BTC has given me a new lens through which I view student engagement, problem-solving, and classroom dynamics. I’m passionate about introducing these ideas to other teachers, supporting them as they shift from traditional instruction to environments where students take ownership of their thinking. My goal is to create classrooms where students don’t just learn — they think. Where challenge is embraced, creativity is encouraged, and meaningful connections are made every day. I believe that by combining strong subject knowledge with bold, research-driven strategies, we can prepare the next generation to face the future with curiosity, confidence, and courage.
