I am an attorney-at-law with the Moscow Bar Association and am also admitted to practice in the European Union as a foreign attorney specializing in Russian and international law (Munich Bar Association). Main areas of my specialization include litigation, business, energy law & ESG, compliance, sanctions regulations, internal investigations, mediation, and international private law. For more than 10 years, I have advised large international companies, including Fortune 500 and DAX-40 corporations, their top managers, small and medium-sized businesses on complex legal issues and disputes. I also represent private clients in sensitive matters, providing legal representation in courts of general jurisdiction, arbitration courts, and during negotiation stages. I graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University (Department of Business Law) and the University of Regensburg (LL.M. and Doctor of Laws).
