About Sergey Panphilov

I am an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in creating and managing enterprises in the field of production, construction, distribution, professional services in the B2B and B2C segment and IT. In recent years, even before emigrating to Polish, he specialized in business analysis and selection of projects for venture capital investments, strategic management and operational management in startups. The most important results of my entrepreneurship and manager`s skills include successful entry into the markets of other countries with projects for the sale of machining equipment, optimization of complex production, wholesale trade and B2B services, as well as the introduction to the B2C market and the successful operation of mobile applications in the fields of PropTech, FoodTech and FinTech. In Poland, since 2022, I have been focusing my main efforts on the development of entrepreneurship among immigrants, specializing in supporting the self-employed and micro-entrepreneurs in the Brick & Mortar segment. Poland has given me new experience in creating and managing assets in non-profit organizations and marketing research of Belarusian companies in immigration. My strengths include extensive practical experience in various business sectors, analytical thinking, ability to build horizontal teams and emotional intelligence. I think that for me, as an entrepreneur, it is extremely important to remember about social responsibility of small business and how important it is to preserve democratic principles.
