Clinical Team Lead:• Responsible for investigators payments management: request / reception of proformas, review payment documents, submit to finance team, following up payments for completing (finance tracker receiving and reviewing) and payment reconciliation.• Proactively communicate with CRAs and other members of the clinical operations team to follow up on all open issues, action items and protocol deviations to meet the project timelines.• Responsible and accountable for the management of the Clinical Operations team with particular emphasis on teamwork, quality, timelines, budget, metrics and compliance with the project plans and SOPs.• Communicate effectively with all members of the project team and client as applicable, to support the study completion per company and client requirements and timelines, including risk identification and mitigation, issue escalation and working with Quality and the project team on Corrective and Preventative Actions.Senior Clinical Research Associate II with the following responsibilities:• Responsible for all aspects of study site monitoring including routine monitoring and close-out of clinical sites, maintenance of study files, conduct of pre-study and initiation visits; liaise with vendors and other duties, as assigned;• Responsible for all aspects of site management as prescribed in the project plans;• Independently perform CRF review, query generation and resolution against established data review guidelines on Covance or client data management systems as assigned by management;• Review progress of projects and initiate appropriate actions to achieve target objectives;• Undertake feasibility work when requested;• Assist with training, mentoring and development of new employees, e.g. co-monitoring.
