About Sergi Cucala

My journey began at university, during my academic years, I acquired a solid understanding of the theoretical foundations and analytical techniques needed to tackle complex problems and extract meaningful information from massive data sets. However, my real leap into the working world came during my internship at Endesa, a leading company in the energy sector. Here, I had the privilege of working as an analyst in the service quality analysis department of troubleshooting technicians. This experience was eye-opening in many ways. I was challenged to apply my theoretical knowledge in a real business environment. Using specialized software, such as Business Intelligence and statistical tools, I was able to explore and analyze large data sets related to service quality. After my internship, my passion for data analysis only intensified. I decided to take my skills to new horizons and am currently working in a consultancy as an analyst. One of the technologies I have been exploring in my current role is Power BI, a powerful tool for visualizing and analyzing data intuitively and effectively. In my current role, I am constantly learning and facing new challenges that broaden my skill set and my understanding of the data analytics landscape.
