As a CEO and Project Manager with over a decade of experience in telecom infrastructure, I specialize in the design, execution, and leadership of FTTH and civil works projects across Spain and Germany. I’ve successfully led teams of engineers, designers, and field workers, managing budgets ranging from €50K to €10M, always combining hands-on coordination with strategic business development. In recent years, I’ve expanded Alpha Telecom Solutions toward IoT innovation — developing in-house smart devices for the agri-food sector. These include autonomous LoRaWAN/NB-IoT nodes for vineyard and rural monitoring, integrating temperature, humidity, pressure, rainfall, and soil sensors, with optimized power systems and remote dashboards. Our goal: better traceability, sustainability, and data-driven agriculture. I also act as a facilitator in M&A processes within the telecom space, connecting large operators with potential acquisition targets and assisting in their evaluation and integration strategies. With a triple academic background (MBA, MSc in Corporate Finance, MSc in Marketing & Sales), I bring a multidisciplinary approach to technical, financial, and commercial challenges. I speak English, French, Spanish, and Catalan fluently, and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
