In the last 15 years has held positions as Head Integrated Operations, General Manager, Production Manager, Operations Superintendent, Maintenance Superintendent, Maintenance Chief, Senior Reliability Engineer and Chief of Processes Control and Planning in companies such as Minera Escondida and Minera Spence of BHP and Minera Lomas Bayas of Glencore group now, including and international assignment in South Africa during 2011. In the first phase of his career, project development, engineering, construction and start up in positions of Commissioning Manager, Head of Development Departments, Head of Discipline and Projects Engineer. Management capacity, leadership, high orientation to safety, health and environment, work in multidisciplinary teams, change management, culture and people development, with experience in the development and implementation of strategies and production plans, risk management and capital investments evaluation, growth, transformation and optimization of business value for different companies based on continuous improvement processes, standardization and operational discipline.
