I’m an Argentinian-Italian Chemical Engineer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a Post grade in Project Management. In my over 25 years of professional experience I had the chance to work with and for World Class Companies as Exxonmobil, CB & I, Techint, Worley, Livent, Saudi Aramco and Tenaris among Others. Eleven of those years as Project Manager in charge of EPC / EPCM Projects, Managing contracts, Claims, and Client relations. Being bilingual in English and Spanish had the opportunity to work overseas in short- and long-term assignments in USA and Trinidad & Tobago and represent my company on different events around the world.In my search to improve the way projects are executed I have sponsored the use and implementation of Advanced Work Packaging methodologies, Constructability reviews via 4D modelling, Electronic Document Management Systems, Project Management Systems and Process Standardization. As part of my roles I have Led Risk evaluation sessions, HAZOPs, Engineering Reviews, Incidents investigations, Project Status assessment, Project Reappraisals, etc. As leader of others was responsible for Personnel Performance evaluations, coaching and support.With deep knowledge of project execution in all phases from conceptual engineering to Commissioning and Start up, including Post Project support and operation, my knowledge of the different disciplines, from Civil to electrical paves the way to have a clear communication with all of the project team.I had always looked for creative solutions, whereas through new Distribution system for hot gas, walking the extra mile to increase plant capacity, new automated monitoring tools for the FCCU, troubleshooting product quality issues, defining control strategies, developing from scratch document management systems, procedures, workflows, finding new ways to have the work done in constrained environments.
