About Sergio Aziani

Passionate, curious, pragmatic, solution oriented. Highly skilled in analytical thinking, problem solving, project management and relationship building. Working in IT for multinational company since 1995 I gained experience in IT applications and infrastructures management, support on local and global level, going through continuous transformation of IT organization, from local to global and international organization. I come from technical role and then evolve towards management of IT services and projects. I’ve wide knowledge of the main business processes in Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Sales, Consumer Service areas (SAP centric) and office tools. I can interface with technical teams and with the business. Governance, change management, cost management, planning, projects, service level management are part of my skills. Currently playing the role of IT Business Partner for south Europe commercial organizations, previously IT Business Analyst, Programmer.
