About Sergio Bran

With over five years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am passionate about delivering high-quality services and solutions to our customers. I have a strong background in computer science, network administration, and information security, and I am always eager to learn new tools and technologies. As the Operations Manager at Legos, I lead a talented team of professionals who ensure the full operation of our mobile virtual operator infrastructure and applications. In my current role, I have successfully implemented several initiatives that have improved the efficiency, reliability, and security of our operations. Some of these include: cultivating the use of Ansible for automation of deployment, configuration, and upgrades; launching Zendesk as the new ticket platform with reporting, automation, and API features; and conducting the relational databases growth into a distributed topology using open-source tools. I have also leveraged my skills in Cisco ASA, Solarwinds, VMware vSphere Hypervisor, and NagiosXI to monitor and troubleshoot incidents related to voice and SMS services. I enjoy collaborating with the engineering team and coaching the technical teams to expand their knowledge and reduce the KPIs and SLAs.
