With over 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and driven professional who thrives on delivering high-quality results and pragmatic solutions. I have a strong background in supply chain management, purchasing, program management, and internal auditing as well as an MBA and a BBA in Supply Chain Management and International Business. Currently, I’m part of the Corporate Leadership Development Program (CLD) at Stellantis, where I work on vital audit projects and comprehensive business process analysis within the Industrial, Commercial and Corporate Staffs organizations.As part of the Audit & Compliance organization within Stellantis, I leverage my skills in risk identification and management, business policies and controls, consensus building, ethics and compliance to identify and communicate process improvements to senior executives. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of best practices and standards across the organization. In my previous roles, I have successfully planned and executed sourcing strategies, detected and removed key manufacturing and assembly constraints, and co-developed and executed profit maximizing launch strategies. I speak English and Spanish fluently, and enjoy developing relationships, negotiating, streamlining processes, leadership development initiatives, and team building activities.
