I am an experienced customer service and IT support professional with over 5 years of experience delivering support across high volume business and the technology sector. I am passionate about further developing my knowledge and certification in the IT sector with the ambitions and skills to move into management. Having experienced management whilst at EAT I excelled in getting the most out of those around me whilst delivering high standards of customer service resulting in measurable success in this area. Additionally, I am skilled in delivering sales results through staff management and implementation of key strategies. I am now looking to further develop my IT career having spent time working as an IT Support Assistant. Here I developed skills in working with Cisco, Linux, AutoCad and Matlab. I also worked with various servers and operating systems to identify and resolve issues for a range of agents as well as customers. A combination of these skills and a determination, as well as a passion to improve upon these, makes me an ideal candidate to make a significant positive contribution to any organisation.
