About Sergio Morales

I am a Construction Project Management postgraduate student at Lambton College with five years of experience, looking for an opportunity to grow in the Canadian construction sector through a job where I can earn valuable experience. My Civil Engineering Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years working in the construction industry makes me a beneficial fit for big challenges in your company. After a gratifying student career in which I obtained several prizes and honours through my academic performance, co-curricular participation, and volunteering activities, I began my professional career in Construction Management as a Site Supervisor in commercial and residential buildings, and a community church. As a Site Superintendent, I oversaw the construction of a community park. As a Construction Manager, I have been responsible for a residential building, managing 15+ contractors and 100+ employees. In addition, I worked as an Assistant Structural Engineer, which developed my knowledge of the structural design process, and as a University Instructor, where my communication skills were polished. I am a passionate worker, well-organized, proactive, responsible, and ethical person with experience in managing complex teams and effective leadership, attention to detail and problem-solving skills required to deliver a quality product or service.
