With 25 years of experience as a dedicated healthcare professional, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families affected by mental health and addiction. I have a proven track record in executive leadership roles, specializing in the development and management of residential primary mental health and substance use disorder facilities. My focus is on fostering strong cultures and building cohesive teams to deliver exceptional care. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with remarkable teams and individuals, collectively making a significant impact on the lives of many. I graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University with a Master's Degree in Education, focusing on mental health and rehabilitation counseling.
