About Sergio Ostuni

As an Executive Manager in a consulting company, I’m in full charge for projects on Corporate Performance Management, Business Intelligence, Integrated Planning and Financial Consolidation; for the latter topic I am also the reference specialist for all company's projects, being the Subject Matter Expert. Are under my responsibility: the study of the business models and of the analysis needs, the supervision on the Business Blueprint, the supervision and the management of the developing/delivering phases, including the coordination of the internal and external resources. The relationships with the customer are also a significant part of my duties as well as the identification and exploitation of all the potential opportunities for new activities. I'm of course in charge of all the business development activities related to my area, including the definition and promotion of the company's proposal. My collaboration is often asked for presales activities (both on the back end and in the front end). After more than 20 years of experience in the international consulting world, my skills are now equally distributed on Financial/Economical, Technological and Managerial matters. On the technological side I’ve been working with most of the leading players: Board, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor.
