With a solid engineering foundation, I have successfully transitioned those skills into the areas of program management, team leadership, vendor and supplier relations and liaising between multiple functional business units. I have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, allowing me to meet schedules, stay on budget and build solid relationships with stakeholders to achieve goals. My passion is to tackle problems head-on and lead a team of various disciplines toward achieving our goals. In a team setting, I prefer to listen before I speak to better understand the situation, aware there are two sides to a coin. I have been recognized as being analytical, approachable, patient, and always willing to spend extra time coaching or mentoring others, as well as being environmentally conscious.
