Main responsibilities- concept design, creative - meeting the clients during the presentations and working progress - managing all the phases of the project from preliminary to design development and pre-tender set including worksite monitoring - estimating and managing a timeline for the interior design process including expense's control - setting proper drawings by computer software and by hand - presenting technical/creative proposals, setting priorities and problem solving - driving and coordinating of the project, the developers and the suppliers - preparing and managing possible contract documents for contractors - estimating the bill of quantities of materials and equipments within the construction time - placing orders for materials/furniture/object/fabrics and oversee of the the design elements visits worksites to ensure that construction adheres to the project - final visiting of the worksite, snagging list, solving the last remaining items Skills- continuous trend hunting - material research and production technology - focus on details - alignment with the studio's values and the client's identity - Partnerships with major brands such as Poliform, Baxter, Viabizzuno and Grohe made me gain a solid and contaminated know-how in different fields and disciplines of design, on the techniques, materials and finishes, refining them over the partnerships with Matteo Thun or Vincenzo De Cotiis architect- I have covered the position of team leader/player, capable of inspiring, managing and carrying out the complex projects, from the concept design phase to the execution, within the terms of brief and budget-Empathic and communicative with both customers and technicians, craftsmen and companies, I am aware that each project is a unique and synergistic challenge, attentive to the detail and the sensory appearance of the spaces as well as the objects- My expertise in Luxury Retail, Hospitality and Residential spaces makes my approach open mind, multidisciplinary and enriched with the attention to the trends, an equilibrium of precision and passion, research and innovation, strongly disposed to learning and deepening the project frameworks.
