Sergio has been working as a bartender | mixologist in the Chicago scene since 2006, and represented well known and respected spirits portfolios since 2012. Over the years he has developed elite skills in building and maintaining brand interest and loyalty among key influencers within the cocktail industry. He believes it is important for an employee of any organization to genuinely support the use of his or her own company's products and his personal affinity with fine spirits has made him take the next step in his career to not only represent a reputable brand but to be part of a team with a great portfolio that captures the respect of a major audience. He is currently a very active member of the United States Bartenders Guild and is very involved in creating educational seminars. His experience behind and outside the bar along with the relationships he's built with industry professionals throughout the country by attending prestige conferences such as: Tales of the Cocktail, Manhattan Cocktail Classic, Portland Cocktail Week, San Antonio Cocktail Conference, and Golden State of Cocktails makes him an outstanding candidate for a brand position and welcomes the challenges of growing as an educator of people in the fields of cocktails, mixology, and spirits.
