From growing up in a family-run hospitality business, I developed an early passion for service and people — a passion I nurtured through diverse roles around the world. From front-of-house and chef positions to event management and receptionist roles, my international hospitality experience shaped me into someone who is approachable, humble, persistent, and highly motivated. My love for Cornwall and its lifestyle brought me into front-of-house management, where I spent a rewarding year developing leadership and interpersonal skills. This chapter deepened my passion for working with people and laid a solid foundation for the next phase of my career. Drawn by the opportunities for growth and development, I transitioned into recruitment by joining Edgware Associates. There, I was able to grow my skills, deepen my industry knowledge, and build strong relationships across the education sector. After gaining invaluable experience and insight, I found a new opportunity that aligned more closely with my values and long-term goals — and began my journey with Solix Group. Now working remotely, I have the flexibility to be based in different countries at various times.
