The last decade I led financial, operations and projects teams in fast-growing startups and multinationals. As COO of Menew, SaaS for foodservice in Brazil, we managed to double our revenue during one of the most challenging crises in recent history, the global pandemic. Before Menew, I was CFO at Cappta, payment solutions for SMBs in Brazil. During this period, we restructured and pivoted the already established business to a new market, achieving record growth and tripling the business's profit margin. Previously, I held several roles at JBS, the largest animal protein processor in the world. After competing with more than candidates in Brazil and being one of 8 selected as trainee, I had the opportunity to be mentored by great executives and carry out projects in the largest factories in Latin America where we achieved efficiency gains of millions of dollars/yr.
