About Sergio Vale

After diploma, I got a certificate of expert accountant and started to work immediately. During this first working period I started to study to the State University in Milan. My first job was as accountant at BG & BG Chartered Accountant, ad then I worked at Artstampa, Barbiero, Rinaldi, Adc etc. as accountant, proof reader or executive secretary. After graduating in Political Science, I got a Master in Statistics and soon after I started working in the internal auditor of Systema Group spa. I was mainly concerned with carrying out audits on our subsidiaries located in Italy, both on how the subsidiaries were maintained and on the accounting aspects. After almost three years I left Systema Group and started working at Doctor Carlo Mitarotonda Chartered Accountant, where I worked for 8 years and during which I graduated in Economics and completed my internship. I was engaged in the accounting records, the preparation of the various statements, both personal and company, preparation and submission of financial statements for companies, preparation and submission of declaration for Chamber of Commerce and TAX Agency, and to maintain relations with customers. In March 2015 I started to work for Co.Mi.Tras. Where I was mainly involved in controlling the accounts, I made contracts drafts to submit to the company's lawyer for approval of these contracts. During the 2017 I worked from January to September for BECOMES S.r.o a company based in Brno, in Czech Republic, as Supervisor Accountant. Basically I checked all the accounting records and prepared all the documents for our customers as VAT declaration or budget and balance sheet drafts. On October 2017, I started to work with Postel Spa in Melzo, as a quality controller. From February 2019 I'm working as company counsel at G&G Srl and my role is basicly on control on accountancy with preparation and submission of financial statements.
