About Sergiu Baba

Starting from a young age, I have been passionate about technology and what is has to offer. I was always curious and asking questions regarding how something works, what is behind the final product. Giving that, I was the guy who always disassembled what I had in hand and slowly put everything piece by piece back together. Due to the fact that numbers also got me going and I found an interest in economics I followed and finished the Faculty of economic science and business management from 2015 - 2017. During my studies I also worked as a customer support agent at Yardi for almost 2 years. I have climbed pretty easily and accumulated many skills during the years. I have learned to be patient and emphatic with the client, till it's joyful satisfaction. I have also worked in domain, as an account payable accountant at Endava and I found it enjoyable and it was not that hard to learn how most of the system works. The work I was doing was pretty easy and I was looking for something more challenging as it was not to my satisfaction and I know I can do more than that As for now, I am currently working as a game tester, as this was my first bet for starting in the I.T. field, and I am devoted to learn as much as I can, to become a service desk analyst or as others call it, an I.T. support. Those years of experience, in different areas, thought me that I could easily shift position as I am learning new things pretty easily, if, of course, the study materials are organises and well made. This was also an opportunity, to have a bigger field of view, and each experience, slowly guided me to a better job, which can better put to use most of my needs and skills.
