About Sergiu Dalm

Sergiu has over 11 years of experience in quality monitoring and compliance within Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals. During that time, he supported late development trials in the Therapeutic Areas of Neuroscience, Immunology and Oncology by means of managing risks, issue management and inspection readiness from cradle to submission, including Stage Gate Review. He was part of the successful lounge for daratumumab in 2014 and is now overseeing the compound as quality lead within the department of BioResearch Quality & Compliance - Quality Planning & Strategy. He establishes win-win situations for customers through diligent communication, whilst adhering to the regulatory- and internal guidelines. While remaining inclusive, able to make the customer come up with the right decisions themselves and guiding them to it. His approach: back to the basics, see behind the details and look for opportunities within an ever-changing organization and clinical landscape.
