About Serhan Dogan

I have completed business management with finance student at University Of Brighton. I have a keen interest in new adventures where I can show my strength to prove myself and learn new skills. I believe this is the right way to achieve success. I have a keen interest in sports as well. I play tennis and table tennis at amateur level and therefore I have been chosen by Worthing College to play for them across the West Sussex AoC regional tournaments with the other college students for three continuous years. This responsibility has taught me how to discipline myself and to respect but also challenge fellow competitors on a regular basis. I would describe myself as a very organised person, I think in a logical way, and I have excellent management skills. My communication skills, both orally and written, are well developed and I feel that I also have good time management and delegation skills and can organise not only myself, but also the people around me. Apart from these key skills, my personal strengths generally involve my ability to be innovative and creative, as well as keeping an open mind. These three abilities enable me to be very efficient and effective in my approach to both studies and work skills. Being open to new ideas is an extremely good way to be adaptive to new situations. Adaptation is an essential ability in a world that is constantly changing and evolving.
