About Serina Hung

As an UX designer with solid qualitative research skills, I’m obsessed with understanding people and solving problems through translating user needs to empathetic design solutions. Coming from psychology background, I am passionate about observing user emotions, behaviors, and also find the real needs and motivations with great empathy. Besides, having work experiences with different types of company, I am skilled at practicing agile, communicating stakeholder and client needs, and also cross-functional collaboration, eventually turn it into actual ui mockup. Moreover, I have experiences in being facilitator and coach in few design thinking workshops and participatory workshop, which makes me knowing how to get key people in a room to discuss innovation ideas, progress or next steps and help to bring ideas together. Because of all these practical experiences, I’m capable of building knowhow of the industry, and using UX skills to make demonstrable progress early on. Overall, I believed that because of the convergence of all these multiple different paths makes me a better designer.
