About Serisha Pillay

An experienced Chartered Accountant in financial services, currently a Sustainability Lead for Impacted Sectors in the Commercial Sustainability team at FNB with a specific focus on enabling clients with solutions and products according to their sustainability needs together with stakeholder management. My previous experience includes roles in the FirstRand Rest of Africa Finance team as the Treasury Financial Manager and Markets Business Partner. I am tenacious, deadline-driven with strong organizational skills. I am passionate about the development and empowerment of those around me. I believe that we are all meant to thrive, not just survive! It is with this belief that I have chosen to not only be an active member of the financial economy but also to create an all-inclusive economy of wellbeing. Within my current organization, I am a Mindfulness facilitator, Coach and a member of Athena, a gender diversity initiative. I am an advocate of learning from and building inclusive working cultures through courageous leadership.
