About Servane Giry de Beir

I have over 17 years of experience working in Retail and Telecommunications. I have particularly developed my skills in sales channels analysis and processes, sales and client experience data monitoring, and team management in Digital Marketing and Sales. I currently manage the Offers and Multi-channel Animation Team. Project Managers deal with the Front Office Impacts on mobile and box offers and services, and PMOs facilitate the development of business programs to optimise sales interfaces (thinking cross-channel) and the customer space at Bouygues Telecom. I am also in charge of a Brand Project, aiming at spreading on all distibution channels the new relational signature of Bouygues Telecom. Active member of the feminine network Bouygt'Elles. Additional skills include networking, business partnerships, team organisation, and project and program management. I speak 4 languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian) and adapt easily to multicultural and international contexts.
