With an MBA in Tourism and Hospitality from Chandigarh University, I have a strong foundation in the hospitality industry and its best practices. I have also acquired multiple skills in restaurant operations, food service, and bartending, which have enabled me to deliver quality service and customer satisfaction in various venues. Currently, I am a supervisor at Atmosphere Core, where I oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, managing inventory and budgets, and training and coaching staff. Previously, I worked as a team leader at The Suryaa New Delhi and as a supervisor at Mercure Hotels, where I gained valuable experience in teamwork, communication, and leadership, as well as creating memorable experiences for guests and enhancing the atmosphere of the venues. I am passionate about the hospitality industry and always eager to learn new things, improve my competencies, and contribute to the organization's success.
