I specialize in Change Control, Project Management, cross-functional communication, and strategic planning across IT, ERP, and business systems. My core responsibility? Making sure the right things get done, by the right people, in the right order—with a sense of urgency.I lead with a servant leadership style, focusing on empowering people, solving communication breakdowns, and keeping momentum alive.
