As the sales manager at Advanced Ag Products LLC, a family-owned business, I lead the retail sales of fertilizer and biological products to growers in the region. I leverage my seven years of experience in the agriculture industry and my crop production expertise to provide impeccable agronomic service and product selection to our customers. I also manage the inventory, logistics, and budget of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and profitability.I graduated with a bachelor's degree in agronomy and crop science from the University of Arkansas in 2018, where I gained valuable knowledge about row crop pests and agricultural practices. Before joining Advanced Ag Products LLC in 2023, I worked as a district sales manager at Concept AgriTek for two and a half years, covering the Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi territory. I also worked as a sales manager at Stratton Seed Company for a year and a half, and as a crop consultant for a private firm for four years. Throughout my career, I have developed strong business engagement skills, connecting with growers, suppliers, and partners, and delivering solutions that meet their needs and expectations. My goal is to help the agriculture industry grow and thrive by applying innovative and sustainable practices.
