About Seth Childers

I am a highly motivated social studies teacher in the field of education. I have a passion for teaching and look forward to continuing to make an impact on students lives. Through my teaching my students have set and achieved progress goals and improved their scores on state assessments. My students work in a highly interactive classroom with various differentiation instruction to meet the learning needs of students with varying abilities. I have built strong personal relationships with each of my students through my great communication skills, open personality, and extracurricular involvement. The sound personal relationships I have built with my students has led to ultimate trust and respect between teacher and student. My goals for education are to leave no children behind and meet the needs of all students of different cultural background and learning styles. I did not pursue a career in education for the summer's off. I pursued a career in education because students are my life and being a contributing factor to student success is the ultimate accomplishment.
