About Seth Connors

I'm Seth Connors, I lead the Learning and Organizational Development Team at Enlyte. With a robust background in driving organizational effectiveness and leading transformative initiatives, I bring over 10 years of experience in shaping corporate culture and empowering leadership teams. My journey began at Partners In Leadership as a Training Solutions Specialist and Marketing Associate. At Mitchell International, I spearheaded a comprehensive Culture Change Initiative and facilitated strategic trainings for Executive and Senior Leadership Teams. Co-founding Zero to Ten further deepened my expertise in coaching and leadership development, culminating in the co-authorship of the Amazon best selling book "Get a Coach | Be a Coach." Returning to Mitchell International as an HR Generalist, I successfully led the HR Project Management Office of a significant acquisition, overseeing the integration of 250 employees. Progressing to an HR Business Partner role, I collaborated closely with executive leaders, strategizing on human capital initiatives and supporting a workforce of employees. Currently, I lead Learning and Organizational Development at Enlyte, where I oversee initiatives for a diverse workforce of over employees. I hold an MBA from Utah State University, a certificate in Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell, and earned my bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho, where I was honored as a Newel K. Whitney Outstanding Graduate. Beyond my professional endeavors, I enjoy spending time with my family and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Proficient in Spanish with international experience, I thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments that foster growth and innovation.
