About Seth D. King

Seth D. King is a Computer Science, Technology, Creative Writing, & English Teacher. He currently teaches AP Computer Science and is the Technology Career Pathway Lead Teacher at New Designs Charter High School. He was a graduate of Santa Monica High School. He holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Clear Single Subject English Teaching Credential. He has a Master's degree in Educational Technology & Leadership from Cal State Los Angeles. Mr. King just recently added a Master's of Divinity degree from The Word of God International University. He lives with his wife and 2 kids in Los Angeles, CA."Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." Mr. King admires Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. as a character role model, and he studies his life as a spiritual mentor. Seth is a provisionally ordained minister, entrepreneur, manager, contractor. writer, editor, tutor, and consultant. Seth is affiliated with Loving to Learn Association as Ascension Education Association which is a health, education, and social services non-profit community resource/referral agency. He is the Founder of Educational Technology Leadership Academy (ETLA). ETLA is a professional educational services and consulting company. ETLA's services include in person and distance learning tutoring for K-12 students in English, Math, Computer Science, and Technology. Mr. King became the Public Relations & Communications Director for GreenLand Development Foundation (GDF) in September of 2022. He worked as an independent consultant, writer, editor, and producer for GreenLand Development Foundation (GDF) and their "We Plant Trees for Peace" Movement for over 10 years prior to that. Mr. King also served for 4 years as an independent consultant, writer, and editor for the Hip Hop School of Arts (HHSA).
