About Seth Drucker

Seth is a partner in PwC’s Financial Markets & Real Estate Practice. Seth has over 20 years of experience serving a diverse range of institutions including banks, asset managers, private equity firms, insurance companies, securitization sponsors, and various types of lenders. Seth specializes in helping clients develop solutions with regards to the accounting, regulatory and valuation implications for complex financial products. Currently, Seth has lead roles at both a global private equity firm and a multinational investment bank. Seth is also a David Rockefeller Fellow for the Partnership for NYC. The David Rockefeller Fellows Program helps prepare senior corporate executives for more active leadership in civic and public affairs by providing both exposure to the views of CEOs across NYC and an active role in shaping NYC’s future Seth is a recognized subject matter expert on the accounting for financial instruments and participates in external conferences, webcasts, podcasts and other thought leadership publications. In June 2020, Seth completed a two-year tour on the financial instruments team within PwC’s Accounting Services Group, where is also lead a cross-functional team responsible for PwC’s cloud-based Disclosure Checklist. From 2016 to 2018, Seth served as a Practice Fellow as part of a two-year fellowship at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). In Seth’s role as a Practice Fellow, he served as a project manager for financial instrument projects, including credit losses. He also focused on implementation and emerging practice challenges posed by preparers, auditors, and regulators. Seth received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the AICPA. Seth is an Executive Committee Board Member of the First Tee of Metropolitan New York and serves on the Advisory Board for Binghamton University’s School of Management.
