I have years of experience in a director role managing cannabis production on a large scale at multiple simultaneously operating facilities, consistently outperforming production goals while enforcing strict quality standards and maintaining core ethical values in a meaningful way. I ensure the timely production of hundreds of pounds of flower and hash each month for distribution through both wholesale and vertically integrated channels. I'm practiced in designing and building out new spaces for the purpose of cultivation, both as a project manager and hands-on crew leader, from touring new spaces to determine viability to crafting location specific SOPs. I have a particular interest in further refining, through ongoing research and development, the proprietary techniques that I've developed over the years for cultivating with the goal of producing single origin, solventless rosin with the objective of maximizing both yield and translation of terpene profile to the end product. I am passionate about my goals of seeking out and maintaining a constantly evolving roster of unique genetics, consistently bringing novel products to market and establishing myself among the industry leaders in cutting edge cultivation methodologies for top quality hash and flower production.
