As the former Head of Voice of the Customer and Insights at Cruise, I scaled the business from a start-up to a market leader, hiring and leading cross-functional teams, collecting and analyzing over pieces of feedback monthly, and launching the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program. At Amazon, I created and spearheaded the global VOC program for the Alexa family of products, reporting on over 50 million pieces of customer feedback and reviewing over 200 products since 2019. I have also demonstrated my expertise in agile project management, retail technology, and global consumer strategy, delivering innovative and impactful solutions for PayPal and other clients.
