About Seth Gowen
Soon after graduating High School, I entered the workforce through my network. TCCI Land Development gave me a shot as a full-time paid intern. I was mentored by their Land Acquisition team in areas of research, marketing, and presentation. While employed there, I studied Civil Engineering and Drafting online through Dallas College and completed 180 classroom hours in Real Estate School to become a licensed REALTOR®. Since being licensed, I've helped individuals and families buy, sell, and lease properties. I continue to practice Real Estate sales part-time while studying at Dallas College. I look forward to getting an MBA focused in Real Estate at SMU, to pursue my dreams in Real Estate Development.
