About Seth Gregory

Seth Gregory has lived in Austin, Texas since 2001 and has been a RN since 2009. Seth is passionate for improving patient care and preventing infections. In 2011, he joined the quality team at Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas(DCMCCT). Seth committed to develop DCMCCT into a nationally recognized center for quality care. In just under six years, he was able to meet that goal. DCMCCT is a top ranked NSQIP-P site and U.S. News and World reports ranks as a "Top Hospital" in Orthopedics and Urology. Seth strives to continuously improve in all aspects of his life and empower those around him to chase excellence. Seth is inspired by his family, friends and patients. Seth enjoys coaching baseball/softball year-round and serves on the baseball board at Town and Country Optimist Club. Since October 2021, Seth has excelled as Director of Quality & Infection Prevention at St. Mark’s Medical Center in La Grange,Texas. Seth has been instrumental in a culture change that led to the organization’s inaugural accreditation by CIHQ, an increase in CMS Quality rating from 2-Stars to 4-Stars and received a Leapfrog grade of “A”. In October 2023, Seth joined Harbor Health as a Quality Nurse. He currently oversees Quality, Infection Prevention, Patient Experience and Accreditation. Seth is also the APIC Chapter 116 2024 President.
