I filled in for him for approximately six months, keeping the OA/DCR process moving along to keep the company manufacturing process functioning. Worked with all of the departments and sat in Product Steering Board (PSB) meetings as well as Change Control Board (CCB) meetings, getting all signatures required to keep projects moving along to completion. Currently the proxy for the Document Controller when he needs to be out of the office for any issues. In my six months of covering for the Document Controller, no issues came up that I could not handle and I received many compliments for handling the job properly while not making any major mistakes. Traveled to Andover, MA for Pro-X training as part of the Document Controller responsibilities. Have been trained to perform Customs Goods Descriptions.
