About Seth Hewett

Driven by a passion for community upliftment, my career path has indirectly woven through the intricate world of brand development. From shaping the identities of local businesses and nonprofits to now serving in my current role at Alert Disaster Restoration, I've found purpose in both client relations and shaping the narrative of the organizations in which I'm involved. Beyond the professional realm, my heart is fastened to my hometown of Bakersfield—where I'll soon begin a campaign for City Council. My mission? To reignite the fading spirit of Bakersfield, by raising morale within our homeless and youth populations; to not only bring them into the vision of what bakersfield once was, but what it will soon be. Throughout the remainder of my MPA program at the University of Southern California, I will learn how to bring greater accountability to our city's spending programs and develop collaborative governance initiatives that will prospectively serve as a cost-effective alternatives. Together, let's shape a future where our shared passion for community upliftment and financial accountability becomes a catalyst for lasting transformation.
