I will become a strength coach/personal trainer simply because I take health seriously. I come from a family of diabetes and I was once classified as an overweight and unhealthy child. In high school I decided to add more discipline to my workouts and eating habits. I am happy with were I am now, but I still work towards a healthier life everyday.
