O can forward think the hardware and software, the programs and applications applications and often anticipate end user needs. All this while maintaining a vigilant, collaborative and accountability driven program wide focus. At the end of the day, it matters not how great the product or system, if it does not fit my clients unique needs and practice matrix, its all for naught and I dont like wasting my teams time and I won't waste my clients time.insert out of the box solutions! Having previous hands on experience for over 15 years as a field technician, I can offer my teams technical assistance with installs, virtual IT, cloud solutions, customer specific applications, storage, back ups, disaster recovery and many more areas of need. I provide my clients real world consultation and the end users a better, more customized solution to their IT needs. As the Director of IT, I craft a solution for each client that fits their complete situation, ensuring that the solution fits the end user need, the timeline, space and configuration needs, the compliance model, and clients financial situation. My secret ingredient? Care. I care that the keyboards are too high and the office staff may not document as well as required because it makes their backs hurt. I care that the accounts payable department for my client is a one-man show and placing the POs on the invoices, makes his life easier and keeps his accounts current. I care that there are newer practice models that are open for business until midnight and on weekends and If the client needs support on Sunday at 2200, it cant wait. I care that my clients are comfortable and secure in their information. I pride my team on current industry knowledge and provide them weekly training & as needed 1:1 skills building session. I pride my company on it's flexibility, always crafting the size 37 shoe that the client needs instead of attempting to shove a One Size fits All shoe on the problem. I pride myself on transparency, integrity, hard work, team empowerment and, perhaps the most important attribute I offer in todays IT environment, outside the box (and down the beaten path, around the trees, over the mountains and under the ocean) thinking coupled with humor, collaboration and positivity.
